Everything was very good, so were magnificent views over the garden and pool. We had a double room and it was brand-new and modern. Appreciated roof top bar and its good drinks.

I loved its well-trained and especially helpful employees.

Booked a room with great views over the town. Had central heating, a private safe, and flat-screen TV in the room, it were just what I needed.

The rooms with the floating bed, the showers plus drinks. Magnificent location in a very relaxing area, close to the more popular clubs and well known bars and restaurants.

Planned to see Tulum major attractions and it was perfect place for visiting all of them. The food was FANTASTIC - a good choice of options. The location was marvellous and amazing - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

The room was a bit small.

I can't recommend highly enough it and definitely want to stay in that area again. The staff is efficient and helpful. The bus stop is 5 minutes' walk away.

All in all, it was excellent place for travelling to Tulum. The best thing was well-trained and top-class staff, they helped with taxi.

Its location was central, quite a walk from Terreno Expoferia. The room we had included a pretty nice and small balcony, and coffee. All the employees were top-class and efficient😀😀

The entire stay at Layla Tulum was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my needs, especially Luis and Delari who were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully designed and in a great location near fantastic restaurants and happening events. The food at the rooftop bar was delicious, especially the burgers. The room was clean and had reliable Wi-Fi, AC, and a great shower. Despite a few minor issues with the shower knobs, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. I had a wonderful stay at Layla Tulum and would definitely come back again.

the hotel was located near to great food places, centro, and all the restaurants. i was offered a room with magnificent views over the garden and pool. the staff was genuinely helpful & top-class, and helped with cab. the free parking was nearby, excellant service.

Overall it was nice looking with balcony. A pretty nice and small balcony, and coffee turned out to be good.

Liked our rooms with balcony. The staff was really helpful - they made our stay a nice experience. The service was excellent, that made the hotel simply stunning and gorgeous place. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too. The location was lovely and incredible and we could use free parking nearby. There were a shopping street and a supermarket around the venue.
